You can now add upsells to your membership product offers by clicking into an offer you've created, clicking Upsell at the top of the page, then adding another offer you've created as the upsell.
Audit Logs let you see a rolling log of everything being done in your account, which is helpful for oversight, troubleshooting, and now, restoring mistakenly deleted things!
If you haven't yet, take a look in your account by going to Settings > Audit Logs.
We launched the Social Media Planner in LeadLenz not long ago. Originally you could only schedule posts for Google My Business (Google Business Profile), then we added the ability to schedule posts for Facebook Pages. Now you can schedule posts for Instagram and Facebook Groups as well!
Previously when the bot booked an appointment, it said "Great! You are confirmed for Sat, Mar 26th at 4pm. (EST)".
If you haven't used the AI Booking Bot yet, make sure to give it a go!
It's available in the Automation Workflow Builder.
The AI Booking Bot can handle a 2-way conversation with your contacts to get an appointment booked.
We've improved load times!
Load times for the Membership Offers page was reduced from max 15-17 seconds at the worst down to 500-700 milliseconds.
Load times for the Membership Products page was reduced from 7 seconds at the worst down to 500 milliseconds.
We've also officially launched the New York theme which you can use for your Membership area. The theme is also completely customizable!
Similar to Zapier, APINation connects different platforms to each other, and even has integrations with many unique platforms, especially in the real estate niche.
In the Automation Workflow Builder, you can now easily move one action, or multiple actions, to a different place in the workflow. Simply click the menu icon on the action and click move.
Stop accidentally losing work on unsaved invoices
If you're working on an invoice and try to exit the invoice builder without saving your work, you will now get a notification window warning you of your unsaved changes.
Easily undo bulk contact deletes
If you mistakenly bulk deleted a bunch of contacts, you can now go to the Contacts > Bulk Actions, click the menu button next to your "Bulk Contact Delete" action, and click Restore. That simple!
When a new item is added, you can now opt to save it in your global products. Previously all the products were automatically saved to global products
If you send an email to someone and it hard-bounces, we will mark the contacts email as invalid and we will not send further emails to them. This will prevent your domain getting a bad reputation with email service providers.
Post to both GMB & Facebook (IG coming at the end of March and LinkedIn at the end of April)
Continuing on the path of bringing all your sales and marketing tools under one roof, we're excited to launch version 1 of our social media posting / scheduling tool!
You can find the tool in your LeadLenz account by going to Marketing > Social Planner.
As of now you can post or schedule posts to GMB and Facebook. Instagram and LinkedIn will be added shortly, followed by Twitter.

You can now create folders to better organize your websites and funnels. We've also added a search bar to search your funnels and websites.
When creating new funnel steps, you can now easily import a page or step from an existing funnel or website in your LeadLenz account.
When you click the button to edit a page, you'll now have the option to open the editor in a new tab or the same tab.
Member product themes are live
Product themes can be customized to look and feel as per the brand to give users a unique experience every time they access the product.
You have the option to customize product pages by section and to choose between different theme templates.
To try out this beta feature, go to Settings > Labs, and turn on "Membership Product Theme".
You can now select Google Analytics 4 properties in google integration
Google Analytics has recently introduced GA4 which is more advanced in reporting than the older version of universal analytics. There will be only property in GA4, it will not have view options.
In Integrations page, user can connect the Google Account where they will be able to see the dropdown with GA4 and Universal Properties.
This is all for your internal use when using the LeadLenz calendar tool. This is not customer facing.
When setting filters in the CRM, you'll notice a new look and feel, making it much easier to set filters and create smart lists.
We've also launched the LeadLenz Labs, a place for you to see features that are in Beta and choose to opt in or out of any features in Beta. You'll also be able to submit feedback on any Beta features.
Search for contacts, opportunities, and payments
You can now easily search for contacts, opportunities, and payments across your account and click into any entry found.
If no entry is found, you can easily and quickly create it.
Quickly revert back any change to your websites or funnels
There is now a Versions button near the Save button in the website and funnel builder.
If you make any mistakes, simply click the Versions button and revert back to a previous version of the page.
Unifying all order and transaction info in one spot
Orders are related to products purchased from funnels + websites.
Transactions are related to payments specifically, how much, etc.
This change sets the stage for proposals, invoicing, e-commerce orders, etc.
We're currently alpha-testing V1 of our social media scheduling tool
LeadLenz is already providing so much of your sales and marketing stack, and soon we'll be adding social media scheduling ability to it as well!
Dynamically set the subject line of your RSS emails
You can now dynamically set the subject line of your RSS emails to match the title of the blog article
Code for this is:
Give customers a summary of their purchase on the thank you page
If you add a page to a funnel and the previous funnel step contained an order form, you can use the order confirmation element to display a summary of their purchase.
You can now enable/disable that chat widget on a per website/funnel basis within the site settings.
Pull RSS Feeds directly from blogs, podcasts, and other sites to create scheduled email blasts, then schedule the emails to go out automatically!
Shopify integration V1 launches with two Workflow triggers enabling you to automate actions when a new order is placed and when a cart is abandoned.
The integration also launches with over 40 different Shopify Custom Variables that can be used in email & SMS messages that dynamically pull information in from Shopify.
Email builder also has a new Shopping Cart block that can be used for order Summaries as well as new email templates for Cart abandonment, Order Confirmation, and more.
The Shopify integration will continue to expand with more features in 2022.
You can now easily duplicate and/or disable/enable any team calendar by clicking the three dot menu next to that calendar in your list of calendars.
If you have email validation turned on in your account, you can now re-validate any contacts email that was previously marked invalid by clicking the validation either in their contact in the CRM, or in the sidebar in the conversations tab.
To turn on email validation for your account, go to Settings > Business Info, scroll down to the General section, and tick the box next to Mark Emails as Invalid due to Hard Bounce.
Validating makes sure your emails don't get bounced by servers for sending to invalid emails.
* Keep in mind that email validations incur a small cost per validation.
If you have an existing product in your Stripe account, you can now import it into LeadLenz instead of creating a new product in LeadLenz.
* Keep in mind that all products created in LeadLenz, as well as any changes made to products in LeadLenz will automatically propagate to your Stripe account.
You can have a contact send you their email address in an sms conversation and LeadLenz will update their contact with that email address (assuming they don't already have one).
Facebook Messenger conversations will do the same, but will also do this for phone numbers.
YEXT allows you to push your company info to ~200 services globally so high-intent customers find and choose you when they search on platforms like Google Maps, Apple Maps, Amazon Alexa, Bing Places, Waze, and more.
You can access this feature by clicking on the new 'Online Listings' tab on the menu in LeadLenz.
Click the lock icon on top of any course category section to lock it until a specified lesson is complete.
You can now add a Go To action, then choose what action in the Workflow you want someone to be sent to when they hit this Go To action.
Once you've added the Go To action and clicked the Save button at the bottom, you'll now see a glowing dot on that action in the Workflow. There are 2 ways to attach it to where you want to take them:
For those of you using the Membership features, you can now create Workflows based on any specific completion that takes place in the Memberships area.
To set up either of these, go to your User settings, and you'll find these under the User Availability section.
Take a look at the Settings tab inside any Workflow to set the defaults sender info.
If you click into any step in a Workflow, you'll notice a Statistics tab now so that you can easily see stats on anyone that passed through that step in the Workflow.
Smart Lists allow you to save a custom filter-set for viewing your contacts.
You can now also filter by people who've previously been in a workflow, or are actively in one.
You can also now share your Smart Lists with other users in your LeadLenz account. To do so, within the Contacts tab, click the settings button on the top right, then click the share icon next to a smart list.
One of the most requested features we've had since day one has been native product creation / invoicing.
Now this is a pretty big update, and we won't be rushing to release it before thoroughly testing it, but here's what we've got in testing right now:
We hope to push this live in about a month. Keep an eye out!
With Instagram DM's now full integrated with LeadLenz, we just had to allow you to automate them!
Similar caveat to Facebook to keep in mind:
As we expand our payments feature-set, we're excited to have this live across all the different conversation channels that you've integrated with your account.
Simply start a message, then click the little dollar sign under the message box to set up your payment request details. This will create an invoice through your attached Stripe account, with a link that can be shared however you'd like.
You can access this in the mobile app as well. Just enter a conversation with a contact, hit the circle button on the right of the message box, then tap the dollar icon and set up the payment request details!
This has been requested many many times, and has been in beta testing for a few weeks now, however we're excited to announce that Outlook calendar integration is live in all accounts!
Simply go to your user settings to set it up.
Note: As with the Zoom integration, this only works on calendars added to a team.
You can create a team of 1 under the Teams tab in your settings if needed.
You've had the ability to do this by building a workflow, but we wanted to make it super simple for anyone to flip a switch and make sure not to miss out on potential business because of a missed call.
Under company settings, you can simply check the box to enable this, and type out the text you want the system to send anyone if you miss their call.
Beware, this will apply across all phone numbers in your account.
Under company settings, you can simply check the box to enable this, and type out the text you want the system to send anyone if you miss their call.
Beware, this will apply across all phone numbers in your account.
This is turned on by default now in the membership settings.
When you go to your products list on the Membership site, you can click Library Sorting up top, which will allow you to drag & drop layout what order your modules will appear in to your customers.
You also have a search bar and sorting to easily find things on the back-end.
Instagram inbound/outbound direct messaging is now live in all accounts!
There are some caveats, but you can now connect your Instagram account to LeadLenz and manage your DM's within LeadLenz. You'll soon have the ability to add Instagram DM's to automatons as well.

Training videos on all the LeadLenz features is now live in your account!
We've been building our Knowledge Base for you since day one, to answer any questions you might have, and to help you get the best results out of using the LeadLenz platform, and that's still, and forever, growing.
We've now also added a Training Videos section, with videos that give you an overview on how to utilize each of the many many features within LeadLenz.
Automate sending review requests via email or sms!
If workflows were not already amazing, we are introducing a new workflow action!
You can now have your workflows send a review request via email or SMS. You no longer have to do it manually.
If you're not yet familiar with review requests, head over to the reputation tab in your settings. There you can set up the SMS and email that gets sent when you request a review from your customers. They get the request and can easily click to leave a review on your Google My Business page.
In the same tab in your settings, you also have access to your reviews widget, which allows you to easily display your Google and Facebook reviews on your website, or anywhere else you'd like.
This has been requested many many times, and we're excited to announce that we're now testing our Outlook calendar integration!
If you'd like to BETA test this feature, please submit a support request. Otherwise, we hope to officially launch this feature across all accounts by end of Q3!
Yes, we're getting WordPress hosting!
LeadLenz was built by Those Marketers, so we know that many companies prefer to keep their websites on WordPress (for the SEO benefits, and so much more). Until recently, however, we did not have access to the back-end tech to bring WordPress hosting into LeadLenz.
With the new Google tech, it's not only now possible, but the speeds we'll be able to give you with this hosting will be phenomenal!
We're still in the early stages of testing this out, but we hope to Beta launch by the end of Q3.
Workflows are officially out of BETA, and working awesome!
You may have noticed the little BETA badge recently disappeared from the Workflows tab in your menu ;)
Huge thank you to the entire team who worked tirelessly to make this an exceptional feature.
Triggers + Campaigns are not going anywhere, but all new effort will go to the workflow builder so we recommend slowly moving over to it.
A/B testing aka split testing is something that is constantly done with marketing campaigns to figure out the best route forward.
We know how important this is, and we're currently testing this feature before pushing it live.
