Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Just make sure to initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next billing date to be safe. Please initiate your request from within your LeadLenz account by going to Settings > Company Billing. You’re not locked in any contracts with us!
What other fees can I expect?
The only other charges you have to worry other than our monthly subscription are the texts, emails & calls, which are billed based on your usage.
What type of support & help can I expect?
We offer online ticketing support from our team, 11AM ET – 6PM ET Monday – Friday. You can also use our online help resources, and a library of LeadLenz training videos.

Why do I need onboarding?
To ensure that all LeadLenz users are set up for success & growth, we’re made an onboarding and coaching call a pre-requisite. The onboarding is a one-time payment of $199 and you will be provided with two personal hour long sessions to fuel your marketing and sales growth strategy.
Do I have to pay for any new features?
Nope, you’re grandfathered in! We update our platform very frequently, so you get to enjoy some of the industry’s leading new features as a LeadLenz user!
