Once you create your LeadLenz account, you will be directed to a Thank You Page. Here, will will see an Explainer Video that explains what to expect from the onboarding process.
We ask you to fill out a pre-onboarding survey and book your 1-Hour Tech Call
& separate 1-Hour Training Call.
We take the info you provide us and get to work setting up your account so that it is already tailored before ever hopping on a call with our team.
You have a 1-Hour Tech Call with us to set up your domains, integrations, calendars, phone numbers, establish connections with your social media accounts, and any other technical needs you may have.
Next, we have a 1-Hour Training Call to ensure you know exactly how to use LeadLenz to its full extent to take your business to the next level.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! Just make sure to initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next billing date to be safe.
Please note: Annual subscriptions cannot be refunded. Cancelling an annual plan will just ensure your account does not renew after that year is up.
Please initiate your request from within your LeadLenz account by going to Settings > Company Billing.
You’re not locked into any contracts with us!
What other fees can I expect?
Other than your account subscription, there are several other services within your account that can incur further cost when used.
SMS, phone calls, and emails sent and received within your LeadLenz account are billed based on your usage.
WordPress Hosting is available at an additional cost of $25/month.
Premium automation integrations are billed based on your usage.
Content AI is billed based on your usage.
Any of these services that you may use and be billed for will be outlined within your LeadLenz account by going to Settings > Company Billing.
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual plans?
The difference is how often you will pay your subscription fee. With monthly billing, you will be charged on the same day each month. With annual billing, you are charged on the same day each year for the whole year.
